The Library has two meeting rooms for use by nonprofit community groups and businesses, for noncommercial purposes. Nonprofit groups may reserve a meeting room once a month, and for-profit groups, once in a three-month period.
Meeting rooms may be reserved up to 90 days in advance. To reserve a room please call the Library’s Business Office at 847-720-3207, Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
First Floor Meeting Room
Seats a maximum of 84 people in a theater-style arrangement. Other room arrangements may reduce the seating capacity of the room. There is a $50 fee for use of the First Floor meeting room plus additional fees for using the piano or for serving food. Please see Meeting Room Policy (above) for additional information.
Third Floor Meeting Room
Seats a maximum of 20 people around a large table. Nonprofit groups may use the room for 3 hours, free of charge. There is a $35 fee for use for all other organizations. Please see Meeting Room Policy (above) for additional information.
