DAR Volunteers
On the third Thursday of each month, September through May, representatives of the 21st Star Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) are available to answer genealogy questions from 9 a.m. until Noon in the Library’s Reader Services Department. The DAR has been providing this service at the Library for more than 35 years!
Please call the Reference Department (847-720-3230) with questions and to verify that the DAR representatives will be at the Library on a particular Thursday. You will also find their schedule in our print newsletter or in our online calendar of programs.
